House Information:
🏡 It’s a Massive house with a lot of separate living areas: Rumpus Room, Living Room and Dining Room. Study Nooks. Kids retreat. Outdoor Beach shower.
🛌 6 Bedrooms. (Water views from each one)

🏖️ 2 minute walk down a private path to our private beach
👨🏼🍳 Huge, well equipped kitchen (we love to cook!)
👩🏽💻The wifi is amazing, we work from home with no issues. Multiple desks + a separate study in the Master Suite
🏊🏻 Pool is open in the Summertime, Pool lounges + large out door table & BBQ
🧘🏼♀️ Yoga Deck, Corn Hole set, Croquet Set, sports balls etc
👶🏻 Kids toys & books & games. 2 baby cribs + high chairs
📺 Massive TV in the rumpus room + another downstairs for movie nights or Superbowl

⛄️ WINTER - Cozy up by the fire with a book, a movie in the movie room or cook a meal with friends in the enormous kitchen. Take advantage of amazing local cross country skiing. Go iceskating at the Port Jefferson rink 20 minutes away. Explore the local vintage stores.

🌻SPRING - Beach swims and walks or Take a trail bike ride around the local paths, enjoy the produce at local farm stands and vineyards. 🌊 YEAR ROUND: Beach walks, bike ride trails, BMX riding, horse riding, Traill bike riding, hiking in the local national parks. Our local cheese shop is a MUST visit!
☀️SUMMER - Enjoy the sun & Laze by the pool on the sun lounges or walk the few steps down the path from the backyard to your private beach! Pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Pool is not heated but is not super deep meaning it's plenty warm enough for us and our one year old baby to swim May through September

We keep our prices as reasonable as possible so folks can enjoy our special spot.
Nightly rates start from $695 + cleaning fee for the off season.
Our minimum stay is 2 nights. Week long minimum stay in August.
We offer 25% weekly discounts & 40% monthly discounts.
